THESE A-ARMS WILL FIT ALL YEAR TACOMA's, from 95-04. COMPLETE WITH UPPER AND LOWERS. THE LOWERS WILL BOLT DIRECTLY UP TO YOUR FACTORY STRUT BAR AND BALLJOINT BRACKET.
OK so here's the deal with the taco a-arms and laying 20's......, you have to put some spacers between the lower balljoint/tie-rod end bracket (it's one piece) the rack is pivoted to it's limit up to an 18" wheel/tire by spacing the balljoint/tie-rod end bracket - you get the same effect as a dropped spindle it will work fine spaced - but to do it optimally - you would need to raise the upper control arm the same amount you space the spindle to get the geometry back to TOYOTA's design.
